Cancellation Policy: 

More than 48 hours notice is required for all cancellations and reschedules. It's always unfortunate when things come up, but if for any reason we need to cancel/reschedule within 48 hours, 50% of the total service fee(s) will be due, and must be paid before we can reschedule.

If no notice is given, and you do not show up, 100% of the service fee(s) will be due, and you may not be welcome to rebook.

Please ensure you are confirming appointments when you receive your text and/or email to do so, and note that *YOU* are in charge of your Vagaro notification settings.

**Failure to confirm in a timely manner may result in cancellation, and, when applicable, the previously mentioned fees.**

Frequent reschedules or cancellations are not sustainable for my business and may result in us needing to part ways, professionally. Thank you in advance for valuing both our time and booking consciously.

Refund Policy: 

I understand we might need time to live in a new haircut. If it's been less than 14 days since your haircut and you feel something needs adjusted, I'd love the opportunity to make it right. I do not offer refunds but will do what I can to get you in ASAP and make things as close to perfect as possible.
